出典を明記しても、漫画の特定ページを切り抜き、ネガティブなコメントで主に使い、文脈を歪曲させる場合は、著作権法の引用要件を満たさず、無断転載・複製として違法です。
そのくらいご存知かと思ってました。
しかも僕は2日前に許可していないと明言しました。普通はここで取り下げます。
にもかかわらず画像削除や謝罪もなく、出典追加のみという謎対応でした。
あまり著作権には詳しくないようで残念です。
生成AIの著作権問題を熱心に指摘される方なのに、著作物の扱いがこれでは説得力がなくなってしまいます。
これからは著作権侵害おじさんとして生成AI問題に取り組んでいただければと思います。
更生は期待しません。
