しかしながら、これらの話題に触れることは、私自身の PTSD（心的外傷後ストレス障害）を誘発し、日常の業務や生活に深刻な支障をきたす可能性がございます。
そのため、取材・お問い合わせへの対応は原則としてお断りしております。

I continue to receive a significant number of requests regarding the long-term effects of the Tokyo subway sarin attack and issues related to victim care. However, engaging with these topics can trigger my PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) and may cause serious disruption to my daily work and personal life.
For this reason, I generally decline interviews and media inquiries on these matters. I respectfully ask for your understanding and consideration of this situation.
As a writer and as a survivor, I believe that any dissemination of information regarding my experience or the broader issues surrounding the sarin attack should, as a principle, be conducted through my own writing and at my own discretion.
If you nonetheless wish to request an interview, please submit a written proposal in advance, clearly outlining the purpose of the coverage, the intended outlet, and the specific issues to be addressed. I will review such proposals and consider them only if I determine that they have clear and meaningful social value.
