ダサくてショボいサービスが儲かるって話。

むしろ"創業初期"にイケてる見た目にしないと使われないサービスは危険。

そこに"課題"がない可能性が高いから。
本当に刺さるサービスなら、見てくれに関係なく使ってくれる。

例えば、サハラ砂漠で彷徨う人になら、
生ぬるくてラベルもないペットボトル水も数千・数万円で売れるだろう。

むしろ「ダサくてショボいサービスでも売れるアイデア」こそ、課題が強烈ゆえにお金に変わる"ビッグアイデア"ってわけ。

しかも、令和の時代なら「そもそもサービスすら作らなくても」このビッグアイデアを見つけることができる。

その"再現性"のあるやり方はこうだ。

〈やり方〉

「こんな課題があるのでは？」と仮説を立てることに始まり、課題の有無を確認するための"テストマーケ"をしていく。

ポイントは、この時点でサービスは作らず、ニーズ確認に集中すること。

toCとtoBでそのやり方が異なる。

❶toC :TikTokしろ
コンセプトがおもしろければ、具体的なサービスなんぞなくてもバズるのがTikTok。

ここでは、起業するまでの過程を配信する「プロセスエコノミー」の手法を使う。

なぜ起業するのかの"ストーリー"や"ゴールまでの取り組み"を発信。

動画作りには"Capcut"という無料ツールを使う。有料ツールも編集スキルも不要。
"ダサくてショボい"動画ほどむしろ伸びるから。※そのワケは別のポストでくわしく解説予定

そこに共感からの応援コメントや「そんなのお前にできるわけねーだろ」といったアンチコメントまでつけば"勝ち確"。
強い課題があるといえる。

反対に、応援どころかアンチすらつかないようではニーズなし。撤退。
これをひたすら繰り返す。

再生数ベースでいえば、「10投稿して1万再生超えるか」がひとつの目安だ。

❷toB:メタ広告しろ
想定する課題◯◯に対して、××の解決策を提供したらこう変わるという"Lp"や"サービス動画"を広告で回す。

LpはショボくてOK。"Bolt"などのaiツールを使ってサクッと作ること。初期Lpに金はかけない。

事前登録その他のエンゲージメントをいくらで、どの程度得られたのかを確認。

「想定LTVがCACの3倍以上になっているか」が一つの目安だ。これを繰り返す。

この方法を使えば、ビッグアイデア、いわんや"スモビジアイデア"なら100%見つけられるから🚀
