公式ドキュメントには「全てのメモリファイルはロードされる」と書いてある。.claude/rulesで特定のファイルを指定しても、コンテキストの削減に繋がらない感じかと思って検証してみた。

結論: 動的に rules がロードされるっぽい

試しに大量のコンテキストを埋めるファイルを用意して、Markdownの時のみ適応するルール設定をしてみた。適当な.mdファイルを読んでもらった際に、明確にrulesを使用しているかは表示で分かる。
