During the bull market, everybody acts like a genius:

But when the bear hits?
Instantly you see:
Who’s a real protocol, who’s a paper tiger,
Who are the players… and who’s about to meet God.
Some projects probably ascended instantly this week,
Speed-running their way to heaven for attendance check.
But River?
“Chill, I can FIX myself!”
Cat bro was amused.
Bro this thing has more resilience than my tempered-glass screen protector.

Just pure engineer blood: if it’s broken, fix it; if it can’t be fixed, still fix it.
Teams who act like this are usually the ones planning to survive the next cycle.

River is currently walking the path every future big protocol must take:

[Steam版マルチプレイのトラブルシューティング]
マルチプレイ中に
・入室時に進捗が 40% 前後で止まる
・入室しても他プレイヤーが表示されない / 突然いなくなる
といった症状が発生している皆さまへ

一部環境において、Steamの設定項目「サーバーブラウザーの1分間あたりのPing 値（Server browser pings/minute）」が利用回線に対して高すぎる場合、サーバーブラウザーが短時間に大量の通信を行い、その結果、マルチプレイに必要なネットワーク通信が妨げられることが確認されています。
デフォルト設定の Automatic（5000）でも環境によっては同様の問題が発生するため、上記の症状が見られる場合は、該当設定値を最小の「250」に変更することで改善する可能性があります。
設定する場所は以下となります。
💡設定方法
Steamの 設定>ゲーム中>その他>サーバーブラウザーの1分間あたりのPing値
なお、この値を小さくするとサーバーリスト更新などの頻度が低下するため、他のゲームでは不利に働く場合があります。状況に応じて適宜設定をご調整いただければ幸いです。
