会社でPC貸与されたからまとめてみた。

「モニターの明るさ調整：Lunar」
外部ディスプレイの明るさを自動調整できる

「トラックパッド・キーボード設定：Karabiner-Elementsでカスタマイズ」
・Google 倭国語入力をインストール
・⌘キーで「かな / 英数」切り替え
・CapsLock を Control に変更
・Control + hjkl で Vim 風カーソル移動
・カーソル移動速度、キーのリピート速度、リピート入力までの時間を最大に設定

「ランチャー：Raycast」
macのデフォルトのSpotlight を無効化し、Raycast を「⌘ + スペース」で起動するように設定

「ターミナル」
Option + 3 ですぐ起動 できるように「Hotkey 」を設定

「zsh 環境（oh-my-zsh + powerlevel10k）」
・powerlevel10k : 外部テーマでおしゃれに
・zsh-syntax-highlighting：コマンドの構文をハイライトで表示
・you-should-use：設定した alias を使わないと注意してくれる優れもの

「alias」
・Git リポジトリ管理（ghq + peco）
すべてのリポジトリを一元管理し、pecoで高速に検索。Control + ] で検索 → 即移動できるように設定

その他
・Auto Raise：カーソルを乗せるだけで自動フォーカス（デュアルモニタで便利）

上記は設定のごく一部に過ぎず、プラグインや alias の設定をあげたらキリがないな。
