解放とは、
肉体という牢獄から逃げ出すことではない。

Liberation is not the act of fleeing the prison of the body.
It is the moment in which the heart, while remaining inside that prison,
recovers its own shape.

Biologically speaking—
the heart is bound to the brain,
and the brain is bound to the flesh.
Pain, impulse, aging, fatigue—
all of them become shackles that confine the inner world.
