行動理論(ABA)では、子どもが“自然と”状況を理解して、次の行動に移れるようにするための“環境からの合図”をナチュラルキューと呼びます。

・声かけは 外からの合図（人工的cue）
・ナチュラルキューは 環境そのものの合図（自然的cue）

子どもが自立するには、ナチュラルキューで動けるように、育てることが必要です。

1日のルーチンなどは、決まりきったものにして定着させないと、「自分で次の行動に移す」ことも難しくなります。朝夕のタスクを固定＆見える化してあげてほしい、と日頃からお伝えしているのはこのためです。

そして、ゆくゆく、「自分で気づいて動ける子」になってもらうためにも、子どもが考える余地を持たせた声掛けや、失敗から学ばせることが大切。

ずっと、親の指示で動き、考える機会を持たずに育った子は、母子登校や、不登校になるリスクが大きいという指摘もあります。漫画にある通り、「自分だけどうすればいいのか分からなくなる」からです。 December 12, 2025
