存在とは、
理由もなく、
説明もなく、
ただ「そこにある」という事実のことだ。

名声も、美も、才能もいらない。
誰かの心の片隅に
静かに灯る影のように、
“ある”というだけで
世界の温度は変わる。

生物学的に見れば――
人は他者の存在を感知すると、
脳内でストレス反応が減少し、
安全領域が広がる。
つまり「そばに誰かがいる」というだけで、
呼吸は深くなり、
心拍は整い、
身体は「大丈夫だ」と判断するように
設計されている。
存在は、生命にとって最も古い支えだ。

哲学的に見れば――

そこにいてくれるだけで
