彼女は紅茶を淹れ、静かに茶碗を差し出してきた。その仕草はどこか不器用で、しかし心のこもったものだった。私はそれを手に取り、一瞬、目の前の光景が幻のように思えた。外はまだ真冬の吹雪が荒れ狂っているというのに、ここではまるで穏やかな春の庭園にいるかのように、ゆったりとしたティータイムが広がっている。暖炉の炎が部屋を優しく照らし、彼女の白いドレスが淡く揺れる中、そんな非現実的な安らぎが、私の凍えた心を少しずつ解きほぐしていくのを感じた。

As I brought the cup to my lips, a faint sweet aroma wafted through my nostrils, and my body, rigid from the cold, felt as though it was slowly melting away. Perhaps the secrets of that forest were infused into this single cup. Such a premonition filled my heart, alongside the warmth that permeated the quiet room.
