HK says 42巻を読んで想像していただければ。 (If you read Volume 42, please use your imagination.)
That phrasing, especially 「～していただければ」 is very polite and deferential in Japanese. The verb form いただければ is a humble request form of ‘please do x’.
If he was being sarcastic or telling people to go read it properly, he would have likely used something more like 「ちゃんと読んでください」
He’s quite literally inviting the audience to use their imagination to make their own decision. December 12, 2025
