【2026年営業期間について　7月1日スタート】

雲ノ平山荘の2026年シーズンは、例年より一足早い7月1日に営業を開始します。
従来の7月10日スタートから期間を広げることで、より多くの皆さまに雲ノ平の季節の移ろいを楽しんでいただけるようになります。

近年は雪解けが早くなっており、ここ4-5年は7月初旬の時点で折立〜雲ノ平の登山道上にほとんど残雪がなく、すでに夏道として歩ける状況です。あたりを見回すと、雲ノ平の草原では冬枯れの草木の合間から新緑が次々と姿を現し、チングルマやコバイケイソウなどの花々は見頃を迎えています。

もちろん、自然が毎年同じ表情を見せるとは限りません。それでも気候変動の影響もあり、10年前と比べても夏山の季節が長く感じられるようになっています。
この時期にしか味わえない雲ノ平を、ぜひ歩きにいらしてください。

皆さまの来夏の山行計画の一助となれば幸いです。

【2026 Season Announcement — Opening July 1】

The 2026 season at Kumonodaira Mountain Hut will begin earlier than in previous years, opening on July 1.
By extending the season from the traditional July 10 start, we hope more visitors can experience the subtle transitions of Kumonodaira’s alpine landscape.

In recent years, the snow has been melting earlier. Last year, by early July, almost no snow remained on the trail between Oritate and Kumonodaira, and the route was already passable as a summer trail. Alpine flowers such as chingu­ruma and kobai­keisō had reached their peak, the ponds were brimming with meltwater, and the plateau was filled with fresh, vibrant life.

Nature, of course, does not present the same conditions every year. Yet with the effects of climate change, the summer mountain season feels noticeably longer than it did a decade ago. We warmly invite you to come and walk Kumonodaira in its early-summer form.
