坂本龍一が自身の本を多くの人と共有するための図書構想『坂本図書』 の実現に動き出したのは2017年のことでした。
2023年 9月、『坂本図書』 は 1 冊の本を上梓し、ひとつの場所を構えました。
YAECA HOME STORE では、坂本図書との新たな取り組みとして 『坂本ヤエカ』 をスタートします。
坂本が所蔵していた本の同タイトルの古書を読んだり、購入できる場所となる予定です。来年には喫茶室も併設し、図書を利用されないお客様も、よりゆっくりと過ごしていただけるよう準備を進めております。

『坂本図書』 は、ある人の心を動かした「本」という文化資本を共有するための事業です。
「いつか古書店の店主になるのが夢だった」と語るほど、稀代の “ 読書家 “ として知られる坂本龍一さんが、2017年から準備を進めていた、自身の本を多くの人と共有する ための図書構想をもとに生まれたプロジェクト。2023年より一般社団法人坂本図書が その意志を引き継ぎ、出版や図書空間『坂本図書』の運営、ニュースレターの配信など を行っている。

Ryuichi Sakamoto began working to realize his library concept "Sakamoto Library" in 2017, aiming to share his personal book collection with many people.
In September 2023, Sakamoto Library published one book and opened a physical location.
YAECA HOME STORE is starting a new initiative with Sakamoto Library called "Sakamoto YAECA." It will be a place where people can read or purchase used books with the same titles as those in Sakamoto's collection. A café will open next year, allowing all visitors to relax and stay comfortably, whether or not they use the library.

"Sakamoto Library" is a project dedicated to sharing the cultural capital of books that moved one person. Ryuichi Sakamoto, an avid reader who once said his dream was to become a used-bookstore owner, began preparing this library concept in 2017 as a way to share his books with others. Since 2023, the Sakamoto Library General Incorporated Association has carried on his vision, operating the library space "Sakamoto Library," publishing books, and distributing a newsletter.

私たちが手にしていたのは、完全な実銃データでした。
外観の参考ではなく、すべての部品、すべての箇所、すべての細部が、実測と検証に基づくデータです。
CADCAM 図面を描く際、私たちが選んだのは「省略しない」という姿勢でした。
3D スキャンでは届かない箇所があっても、決して推測で補うことはせず、何度も検証と修正を重ねながら、欠けたディテールを時間をかけて再構築していきます。
この工程は、単なる技術作業ではありません。
それは 当時の製造工法を理解することでもあります。
SVT-40 が生まれた時代に立ち返り、「当時どのように作られていたのか」を考えながら——
現代ではダイキャスト金属という量産手法を用い、その時代特有の製造思想と構造ロジックを再現しようとしました。
最初のステップは、実銃を忠実に描き切ること。
「似ている」ではなく、正確であること。
この工程だけで、私たちは三か月を費やしました。
一本一本の曲線、ひとつひとつのカーブを重ね、修正し、検証し続け、すべての形状に明確な理由を持たせるまで描き込みました。
そして実銃図面が完成したとき、私たちは確信しました。
これは、まだ始まりに過ぎない。
What we had in hand was complete real-steel data.
Not just visual references, but every single part, every section, every detail, all based on actual measurements and verified records.
When creating the CADCAM drawings, our decision was simple: nothing gets omitted.
When 3D scanning cannot reach certain areas, we do not guess. Instead, we repeatedly cross-check, refine, and rebuild those missing details, taking the time to reason them out properly.
This process is not only technical — it is about understanding the manufacturing logic of its era.
We had to return to the time when the SVT-40 was originally produced, and think about how it was made back then —
and then, in the present day, find a way to express that same manufacturing language and structural logic using die-cast metal for modern mass production.
The first step was to draw the real firearm in full detail.
Not “similar,” but accurate.
This step alone took us three full months.
Curve by curve, line by line, intersecting, correcting, and verifying — until every transition could be clearly justified.
And when the real-steel drawings were finally completed, we knew one thing for certain:
this was only the beginning.

CDC、母体HBV陰性の乳児に対するB型肝炎ワクチンを「共有意思決定」に移行
2025年12月16日、米国CDCは、B型肝炎ウイルス（HBV）陰性と判定された母親から生まれた乳児のB型肝炎ワクチン（出生時接種を含む）について、保護者と医療者が利益・リスクと感染リスクを踏まえて相談し、開始時期や実施の有無を決める「共有意思決定」を採用した。
感染リスクとして、同居家族にB型肝炎の人がいる場合や、HBVが多い地域からの移住者と頻繁に接触する場合などを考慮する。
出生時接種を行わない場合、初回は生後2か月以降を推奨する。
母体がHBV陽性または不明の乳児では、出生時ワクチンと免疫グロブリンの推奨は変更しない。
CDC will move to shared clinical decision-making for hepatitis B vaccination, including the birth dose, for infants born to mothers who test negative for HBV. If the birth dose is declined, the first dose should be given no earlier than 2 months. Rules for HBV-positive or unknown mothers stay the same.
