Today marks the 25th anniversary of the release of flood, which first came out in 2000.

男らしさは、
無理に作るものじゃない。

食べて、動いて、寝る。

体は本来、

焦って食べたり、
無理に追い込んでも、
筋肉がつくスピードは大して変わらない。

変わるのは、
続けられるかどうかだけ。

焦る必要はない。
一つ一つ、積み上げていくだけ。

Live in alignment with nature.
Eat. Move. Sleep.
That’s enough.

The body is designed to digest, absorb,
and distribute what it needs — on its own.

One day, you realize you’re stronger.
One day, you notice muscle where there wasn’t any.

Eating more aggressively
or training harder doesn’t speed it up much.
It only makes it harder to continue.

The only thing that truly matters
is whether you can keep going.
