Z-imageを使って高品質画像を秒速で生成してみたら想像以上に良かったです✨

特徴としてはとにかく生成が早い！
誇張抜きに秒です。
そしてなんといっても超現実的な表現でリアル。
個人的にはGrokが好みなんですが並びますね。

ただt2iしかできなそうなので、あとで他のモデルでカスタムする使い道がいいかなって思ってます。

せっかくなので同じプロンプトで他のモデルとも生成して比較してみました。

◎EUVとNILの違い（例話）

■ EUV＝“光を使うプロジェクター印刷方式”
・高性能プロジェクターで
・13.5nmという超細い“光”を当てて
・シリコン上にパターンを焼き付けるイメージ。

▶ 特徴
・非接触（触れない）
・高速で大量印刷できる
・めちゃくちゃ高品質（欠陥が少ない）
・ただしプロジェクター本体は“超複雑”で、世界でASMLしか作れない

■ NIL＝“超精密なハンコ方式”
・超細かい凹凸のパターンがついた“金型（スタンプ）”を
・シリコンにピタッと押し付けて
・模様を転写する。

▶ 特徴
・光学が不要（レンズ・光源がいらない）
・理論上はEUVより細かくできる
・装置構造がシンプルで低コストになり得る

🔴 では、なぜNILが難しいのか？（ハンコ方式の欠点）

❌ ① “埃1つでアウト”という致命的欠陥リスク

ハンコを押すときに…
・ハンコ側に髪の毛の1/100くらいのホコリ
・シリコン側に微粒子
・樹脂の中の小さな気泡

これだけで 1枚のウエハが丸ごと不良になる。

EUVは非接触なのでこの問題がほぼ起きない。

❌ ② スタンプが“消耗品”で、劣化すると全部がズレる

超精密なスタンプを何百回・何千回押すうちに…
・微妙にすり減る
・歪む
・パターンが変形する

すると、その後に作られるチップが全部不良化する。

EUVは光を使うので「スタンプそのものが劣化する」という問題がない。

❌ ③ 速度が遅い（スループット問題）

ハンコ方式は
・押す
・固める
・剥がす

という工程が必要で、これが遅い。

一方でEUVは“光を照射するだけ”なのでめちゃくちゃ速い。

→ 工場全体での大量生産に向かない。

❌ ④ 3D構造（GAAFET/RibbonFET）との整合が難しい

次世代半導体は平面ではなく“3D構造”。

ハンコ方式だと…
・段差
・立体構造
・層ごとの高さの違い

にスタンプが追従しづらく、精度が崩れる。

NILは光学がいらない代わりに、
