ロックマン2の名作オープニングです。
当時の限られたリソースの中で、あれだけ迫力のある導入を作り上げているのは本当にすごいと思います。

ウマ娘のテーマと組み合わせるにあたって、寮の同室設定などはできるだけ原作の配置を意識しました。
今回は冒頭のテキストを英語に変更して、EN圏の方にも読みやすくしています。

This is the classic opening from Mega Man 2.
Considering the limited resources at the time, the way they created such a powerful opening was really impressive.

When combining it with the Uma Musume theme, I tried to follow the original setup as much as possible, including the dorm roommate arrangements.
This time, I changed the opening text to English so it would be easier for EN viewers to read.

Enhanced Performance of Metal‐Semiconductor‐Metal UV Photodetectors on Algan/Gan Hemt Structure via Periodic Nanohole Patterning
要旨: AlGaN/GaN高電子移動度トランジスタ（HEMT）構造は、優れた電気的および材料特性を持ち、高性能な紫外線（UV）フォトディテクタの製造に理想的である。しかし、金属‐半導体‐金属（MSM）構成の金属レイアウトや多層HEMTの結晶欠陥が光電流を減少させ、デバイス性能を低下させる可能性がある。本研究では、AlGaN/GaN HEMT MSM UVフォトディテクタの性能を向上させるため、表面に周期的なナノホールアレイを設計した。光学シミュレーションを用いてナノホールの周期性と深さを最適化し、異なる深さのナノホールを持つデバイスを製造した。特に、40nmの深さと230nmの周期性を持つナノホールを導入したデバイスは、光電流、感度、UV/可視光拒絶比、特定検出度の面で最高の性能を示した。この研究は、HEMTに適合したUVフォトディテクタ性能向上の戦略を示し、ナノホールパターン化がUVフォトディテクション技術の進展に有望であることを示している。
