DEAR naozo
戸惑いとは、
世界が急に輪郭を変え、
自分の立つ場所だけが
わずかに揺らいで見える瞬間だ。
正しい道がわからず、
戻ることもできず、
進むことにも躊躇う。
その宙づりの感覚こそが
戸惑いの正体である。
生物学的に見れば――
戸惑いは「未知」に直面したとき、
脳が安全の再計算を始めるために起こる。
予測不能な状況に出会うと、
身体は一時的に停止し、
判断を保留し、
内部で膨大な修正作業を行う。

“正しく選ぼうとしているからこそ”
戸惑っている。
それは、
立派な前進である。
戸惑いは停滞ではなく、
世界をもう一度見直すための
短い呼吸だ。
