たった今、PCハッキング被害の寸前まで行きました😡
資産の流出はありませんが、長年使っていたウォレットは使用停止することにしました。画像付きで、経緯を共有します。

【経緯】
オンラインコールで、リンクが見当たらず、尋ねるとzoomのリンクが送られてきました。
この時点で、半分くらい疑っていたのですが、時間が迫っていたのでリンクを開きました。

Zoomぽいブラウザが開いた先に、困った表情のおっさんが登場しました。首を傾げています。

相手は、コールが繋がらないことに不満そうでした。
（スクショはXの拾い物です。同じおっさんでした）

少し焦った私は、右上の"アップデートを踏むとSDKがダウンロードされました。

ミーティングの相手から、個別に連絡が来て、SDKをダウンロードして実行すれば直る。おれも前にそれで対応したという連絡がきました。

ここで、黒（ハッカー）だと確信しました。

SDKを実行はしていないものの、ダウンロードしてしまったので、その先安全にPCとウォレットが使えるか不明。資産は移せたので、アドレスは諦めることにしました。

Xで調べてみると、北朝鮮ラザルスの手口らしいです。

クリプトユーザーのトランザクション履歴は、思い出がたくさん詰まっていて、ウォレットが、継続的に使えなくなることは、とても残念です。いろんなポジションの整理も大変でした。。

一人でもハッキングに被害にならないように、共有しました。今後は、さらに警戒を高めていきます。

BtoBサイトで最も重要な「事例ページ」のつくり方。意外と大事な「増やし方」も教えます。

弊社の場合、自社サイトはすでにうちの会社を知っている人が来る場所です。SEOも以前はそんなに力を入れていなかったのでそれほど多くのトラフィックを期待していません。

それでも実は一番見られているのは事例ページ。なのでここはかなり手間をかけて、丁寧につくっています。

Zoomで商談中、相手の画面を共有してもらうとけっこうな確率でWebブラウザにこちらのホームページ、あるいは事例ページをタブで開いていることがわかります。

さらに具体的に検討していればいるほど、事例ページをくまなく見るものです。営業で商談していても、他社での実績についてよく聞かれます。10社と商談すれば9社は聞かれる。

うちの会社の事例を調べる場合、会社名で検索して「事例」というキーワードを加えるか、直接コーポレートサイトに行ってメニューから探すという方が多いはずです。

となると、コーポレートサイトにちゃんと事例を置いておくことは、とても大事ですし、検討中の商談相手は必ず見るものなのでしっかりと作り込んでおく必要があります。BtoB企業にとっても生命線と言えるでしょう。（続きはリプ欄へ👇 December 12, 2025

Nano Banana Proで遊ぼう
【力の解放プロンプト】

参照画像のキャラクターが「力」を解放するプロンプトです。地面がある場合は球状に抉れます（成功率低い）。誰もが憧れる「力」の解放を再現します。

今回は生成結果を安定させるために、2段階で生成するようにしています。いつものプロンプトと違って、生成て順があるので、このポストを最後まで読んでからお試しください。

◆作例
元絵にこちらを使ってみます。
全身が描かれていて、かつ周囲が壁等で囲まれていない方が安定しますが、あえてこちらで試してみます。

色々なイラストで試したいのですが、わたしは背景があるイラストは失恋ガールズしかないので…（すでに破壊描写がある）。みなさんのイラストの生成結果をぜひ参考にさせてください。

◆プロンプトの使い方
１．【覚醒ポーズプロンプト】
まず、【覚醒ポーズプロンプト】を使い、元絵となる参照画像のキャラクターのポーズを「覚醒ポーズ」に変換します。同時に、アスペクト比を16：9に拡張します。キャラクターの特徴と背景は可能な限り維持します。

エネルギーを球状に描くために、画角を16：9に拡張しています。3：4でもできますが、周囲に壁があるとうまくいかなかったり、エネルギーが楕円に歪んだりします。

２．【力の解放プロンプト】
次に、１で生成した画像を参照画像として、【力の解放プロンプト】を使って生成します。うまくいけば作例のように球状エネルギーがキャラクターを中心に展開し、地面が球状に抉られます。

成功するとこちらのように地面が抉れ、壁も破壊表現が描かれます。「抉れ表現」の出現難易度は、「地面 < 壁」です。壁は抉れるよりも、穴があくことが多いです。

地面も底が平らになったり、捲れるようになったりします。また、キャラクターの全身が球状エネルギーに包まれなかったり、エネルギーが平面的な「円」になったりもするので、生成ガチャを頑張ってみてください。

「覚醒ポーズ」・「力の解放」の定点画像ができるので、それぞれスタート・エンドフレームに設定することで「力の解放動画」ができます。

作例があるので後ほどポストします。

ちなみに、【覚醒ポーズプロンプト】を飛ばして、最初から元絵に【力の解放プロンプト】を入れても球状エネルギーの展開と地面の抉れはできます。この辺はお好みでどうぞ。
